• Melissa Artwork sells original paintings, including oil, acrylic, abstract, portrait, and canvas works.

• Each artwork is unique, hand-painted, and signed by the artist.

• By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you are buying an original piece of art and not a reproduction, unless otherwise stated.

2. Commissions

• Commissioned artworks are created based on details provided by the client.

• A deposit may be required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

• All commission sales are final and non-refundable once approved by the client.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

• We accept secure payments through major credit/debit cards and other listed payment gateways.

• Payment must be completed in full before the artwork is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Generally, we offer free shipping worldwide. Delivery times will vary by location.

• Orders are delivered to us 3-5 business days after placing your order.

• Melissa Artwork is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping information at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are allowed up to 14 days from the delivery date for any non-commissioned pieces of artwork.

• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork arrived damaged.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned artwork is received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

• If your artwork is damaged on delivery please notify us within 48 hours and send images of the damage.

• Melissa Artwork will help you obtain a replacement (if suitable) or refund.

• In the case where items have been lost due to incorrect postal details given by the purchaser, we have no liability

7. Intellectual Property

• All content in this website including text, images, and artwork is the intellectual property of Melissa Artwork.

• Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of artworks, photos, or content without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Melissa Artwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of artworks.

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the artwork purchased.

9. Privacy Policy

• All personal information you provided during your purchases or inquiries will be kept secret and used only for fulfilling your orders or contacting you.

• We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

10. Governing Law
